Our team are all financial services experienced individuals and provide a direct face-to-face service for our clients, with a central Head Office administering the back-office systems.

Each IFA client is issued with a member of the team to act as the direct representative for assistance and information to allow them to make the right choice of fund selection or DFM.

All business placed through our Firm is logged with your Representative, Head Office and the Investment House chosen to ensure clarity. Each individual trade is treated as such and commission statements are issued showing each trade and the associated remuneration due monthly.

Hintons offer a suite of Alternative Investment Funds and a DFM for Independent Financial Advisers. Hintons have ‘Direct Distribution Agreements’ in place with each Fund House. We are responsible for marketing and distributing their Investment Funds and DFM service in accordance with their Terms of Business. As distributors we are not able to give any advice with regards to our selection of funds inline with the rules of The Financial Services Authority.

We would like to advise that some of our funds are 'professional investor' style funds and should be advised only to appropriate clients. Any commissions payable are upon the successful investment of the monies and additionally the safe receipt of commission from the relevant fund house.
